You will be responsible for the efficient and effective day-to-day management of the practice, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care and the smooth running of all operational aspects. You will join our Senior Partner in engaging with our active Primary Care Network. Key Responsibilities: Strategic planning and development, contributing to the practice's business plan. Financial management, including budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, liaising with accountants. Human resources management, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Operational management, ensuring efficient appointment systems, and IT infrastructure. Compliance and governance, ensuring adherence to CQC standards, GDPR, and health and safety regulations. Patient services management, addressing patient feedback and complaints. IT and data management, ensuring data security and effective use of practice systems (EMIS web, Docman, Accurx).
