Our client, a leading UK law firm, is expanding its in-house Advocacy Team and is seeking talented Barristers or Solicitor Advocates to join their growing practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for advocates looking to transition in-house, gain exposure to a wide range of legal disciplines, and play a central role in litigation and dispute resolution strategy.

Role Overview:

As a member of the Advocacy Team, you will:

Deliver high-quality advocacy services, including advisory and drafting work.

Represent clients in court, both in person and via remote platforms.

Work collaboratively with legal teams across multiple areas including Commercial Litigation, Employment, Family, Personal Injury, and Medical Negligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide advocacy services on behalf of clients at all stages of proceedings.

Draft pleadings, statements, and advisory opinions.

Participate in case strategy meetings and provide input on litigation approaches.

Support internal training and development for junior lawyers and case handlers.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Barrister or Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience.

Demonstrated experience in courtroom advocacy.

Strong legal technical skills in one or more of the following: Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Family Law, Employment Law, or Commercial Litigation.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative working skills.
