About the Role:ARC is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to oversee the management and operations of a concrete batching plant for a prominent construction project, encompassing reinforced concrete (RC) structures and deep piling works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all facets of concrete batching plant operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee the production, quality assurance, and distribution of concrete for RC structures, silos, and deep piling works.
• Collaborate effectively with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment with project objectives and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Extensive experience in managing concrete batching plant operations and large-scale construction projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple project components effectively.
