Summary
Are you looking to start a career in dentistry? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Apprentice to join our friendly team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional dental setting while working towards a qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting patients
Providing chairside support during restorative and surgical procedures
Recording patients’ clinical notes accurately in our computer system
Cleaning and preparing the surgery between appointments
Sterilizing and maintaining dental instruments
Assisting with reception duties, including booking appointments, handling payments, and answering phone calls when needed
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly and professional attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and develop in the role
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Working Week: 30 - 35 hours per week
Training: Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete Dental Nurse Assistant level 3 Apprenticeship.
