Crynodeb
Join our busy service bay, working on the Alde heating system in motorhomes and caravans and become a Gas Safe registered engineer.
You will learn to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, fit accessories and upgrades, service, maintain and repair the Alde heating system.
You will process returns using the test rig to inspect, test and repair parts, completing a written report.
The role is very much customer facing. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service to all our customers here at base and while working away.
You will be required to work away from home for consecutive days at industry rallies and exhibitions in the UK and abroad, as well as assisting with Owners Club tours here at Alde UK. Weekend working will be required at specific times throughout the year.
You will be working with LPG, LV and ELV. Full training will be given, though STGW100 or Gas Safe registration, and electrical test & inspection qualifications will be advantageous.
The role is full-time, working Monday to Thursday 8:15am to 4:45pm and Fridays 8:30am to 1pm.
Salary £28,008.00 or £32,500.00 fully qualified (this could take up to 2 years).
The role requires some early starts and late finishes Monday to Friday. This will be part of your working day and the hours required to fulfil this role is reflected in the salary (overtime will not be paid week-days).
