Duties of the role include, but are not limited to: Maximise the levels of health, wellbeing, and employability of Service personnel to ensure the needs of the single Services are met. Undertaking mandatory medical examinations and provide appropriate occupational healthcare and advice, and all supporting administrative duties. Providing appropriate preventative medical advice to both individuals and Chain of Command. Appropriately supervise the management of communicable diseases, including monitoring and reporting through single Service chains. Being adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities working within a unique environment. Please see the attached job description and person specification for further information. Selection Process The selection at sift stage will be based on your CV . At interview, you will be tested against the following Behaviours: Leadership Changing and Improving Communicating and Influencing Making Effective Decisions Managing a Quality Service Delivering at Pace The sift will be completed within 5 working days of the vacancy closing date. Interviews will be held on a date to be confirmed, there will be no reimbursement for any travel expenses for the interview.
