Role Responsibility:
We have an opportunity for a reliable and self-motivated HGV Grab Driver who will be working as part of our on-site delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising the loading of the vehicle to ensure materials are safely loaded and secure minimising the risk of damage
Ensuring that the lorry and its load is safe and secure at all times
Operate the HGV and other equipment in a safe and appropriate manner
Ensure you perform daily maintenance checks and report any mechanical or safety issues the relevant department
Operate other heavy equipment and other construction related duties as required
Work in a safe, responsible manner to not intentionally or unintentionally injure oneself, or endanger the well-being of others
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
CE Licence
Drivers CPC
Class 1 Driving Licence
Valid HIAB/Clamshell ticket
Flexible to work nights
