About the Role
Meridian Business Support is currently seeking Residential Support Workers for our client, a provider of high-quality Supported Accommodation Services across the UK.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting young people in various aspects of daily life within our homes, including:
- Encouraging hobbies, social activities, and friendships while helping young people learn new skills.
- Assisting with morning routines, ensuring they are prepared for school with a good breakfast.
- Preparing evening meals and creating a safe, relaxing space within the home.
- Supporting young people in reaching their potential and exploring new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
- Experience with Children: Whether in care, education, or another setting, your passion and energy are what matter most.
- Enthusiasm & Resilience: A positive attitude and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
