Are you a highly organised, proactive, and experienced Administrator with an interest in HR administration, record management, and business support?

Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple responsibilities across departments, whist also being able to work independently? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

We are looking for a real diamond - someone who can take ownership of administrative responsibilities across HR, Accounts, Reception and other business areas.

The ideal candidate will have some HR experience and a proven ability to manage confidential records and support business functions. This role will involve the candidate supporting multiple departments from our main reception. While there will be times working alongside our Administration Manager, the successful candidate should also feel confident and comfortable working independently on reception, as they will often be the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

HR Administration & Support

- Assisting the Head of People and Culture with recruitment, including managing a recruitment tracker, preparing offer letters, collecting right-to-work documents, and onboarding new starters.

- Handling HR documentation, updating policies, and maintaining employee records with strict confidentiality.

- Coordinating training and professional development records.

- Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Business-Wide Administrative Support

- Providing essential support across HR, Accounts, Reception and IT.

- Assisting the finance team with administrative tasks, including processing expenses and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Reception & Office Management

- Supporting the Administration Manager as the first point of contact for visitors, answering calls professionally, and managing meeting room bookings.

- Ensuring a well-organised office environment and a high standard of front-of-house service.

What We're Looking For:

- Must have previous experience in a similar administration role.

- Ideally someone with experience HR administration.

- Accuracy, strong attention to detail and efficiency in managing documents, records, and data.

- A problem-solver who takes initiative and improves processes.

- Comfortable managing diverse responsibilities across different departments.

- Professional and confident in written and verbal communication.

- Trusted to handle sensitive HR and financial information with confidentiality.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR record-keeping systems.
