Responsibilities
Assist in creating and editing content for various digital platforms including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with senior content designers and project managers to brainstorm and develop innovative content strategies.
Conduct research to gather information and insights related to our target audience and industry trends.
Participate in content reviews and contribute feedback to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Support the development of user-centered content by understanding user needs and preferences.
Help maintain content schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Contribute to usability testing sessions and analyze content performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Basic understanding of content management systems and digital marketing principles.
Familiarity with user experience design and best practices in content design.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Proficiency in using graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
A passion for storytelling and creating engaging content that connects with users.
