EXPERT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES LTD is currently looking for experienced Bricklayer to join our company based in, Accrington, Lancashire. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bricklayer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for laying bricks, concrete blocks, and other types of masonry to construct or repair walls, partitions, arches, and other structures. Attention to detail, strong craftsmanship, and the ability to work with precision are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Lay bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and other masonry materials following construction plans.
• Measure, cut, and shape bricks and stones as needed.
• Mix and apply mortar or adhesives to bind bricks together.
• Repair and restore old and damaged masonry structures.
• Ensure proper alignment, level, and structure stability.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, smooth, and shape masonry materials.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations on-site.
• Work collaboratively with other construction professionals, including laborers and site supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience as a bricklayer or in a similar role.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of materials, techniques, and construction methods.
• Familiarity with masonry tools and equipment.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• A valid construction site safety certification (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
