Temporary PT Administrative Assistant

Hybrid working – ideally in the office three days a week during training and onboarding, then up to 40% remote once fully up to speed. Office days are flexible.

Key Requirements:
At least one year office experience.
Experience of education environment.
Experience of the CAPITA One system.
Knowledge of Agresso accounting system.
Strong IT skills.
We're seeking a detail-oriented candidate with strong customer service skills and the ability to quickly learn and enhance processes when needed. The ideal candidate can work independently, take initiative, and is proficient in Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and Mail Merge.
The successful candidate will provide administrative/data support to the Medical Tuition Service & carry out administrative tasks for the Education Welfare Service including the administration and issuing of Penalty Notices.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce and format a range of documents, including letters, spreadsheets and reports, ensuring that they are accurate and well-presented meeting specifications and deadlines.
Handle a range of telephone and personal enquiries from both internal and external customers and contacts, providing a response or referring to others as appropriate.
Produce resources for training and curriculum support under the direction of the MTS coordinator.
Any other duties from time to time the MTS Coordinator may see as appropriate
