We are looking for a skilled and reliable Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. If you're passionate about technology and have the expertise to troubleshoot and repair mobile devices, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data wipes on mobile devices to ensure complete data removal and security.
• Reinstall software and firmware on both Apple and Android devices.
• Fully flash devices to ensure no data recovery post-repair.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues on mobile phones and tablets.
• Ensure all repairs and procedures are carried out in line with company standards and best practices.
• Keep up to date with the latest mobile phone technologies and trends.
Requirements:
• Proven experience working with both Apple (iOS) and Android devices.
• Strong knowledge of data wiping, software installation, and full flashing techniques.
• Familiarity with tools and software used for flashing, data wiping, and reinstalling firmware.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a mobile repair environment is a plus, but not required.
