Summary
Salary: BCG 2 point 2-3 39 weeks 7.5hours per week @ £12.26per hourHours: 12.10 – 13:40 Monday to FridayWhitehall Primary School is looking to appoint a Play Leader (School Meal Supervisory Assistant) to join our current team to supervise and assist children during their lunch time.
The role will require someone who can engage with children from the age of 4 to 11 in a positive friendly manner from assisting in the managing of the school lunch rooms to leading games and activities in the playground. We operate a rotation system, so each day will be varied in which aspect you will be expected to oversee.
The duties of the role include:
Setting up equipment for lunchtime, both in lunch rooms and outside in the playground
Leading games and activities in the playground
Supervising children whilst they eat their packed lunch and school lunches
Assist in clearing all equipment away at the end of the lunch period.
