You must be trained in Medication administration, stoma care, practical moving and handling, disability and Autism management.

As a Support Worker, you will assist adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs in their daily lives. Your role will involve:
1. Helping individuals with their daily routines and personal care needs.
2. Encouraging independence and supporting activities that enrich their lives.
3. Providing emotional and practical support to ensure a safe and fulfilling environment.
