Annual Commission and Incentive of around 2500-3500 Pounds
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate retail sales teams to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth for your branch
Ensure compliance with UK regulations and company policies.
Manage and update inventory records.
Manage team schedules efficiently and assign duties as per the customer foot fall or busy days.
Make sure to run stock audits frequently to ensure product availability
Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
Ability to achieve KPIs and monthly sales targets through effective team collaboration.
Focus on visual merchandising of the store i.e in-store interactive displays, point of sale displays, shelving, posters etc
Train staff by organizing product and sales demonstrations as needed.
Collaborate with upper management on marketing initiatives.
Maintain minimum staff level all the time by coordinating with the HR department. (Manpower planning and execution)
Requirements:
Previous retail management experience of at least 3-5 years is a must. Having experience in the vape industry is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of vape products and UK regulations will be an added advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in POS systems, G Suite and MS Office.
