Summary
Steel Erector vacancy available at Archers Steelwork & Cladding
We are seeking a skilled steel erector to join our company based in Tamworth Staffordshire. The successful candidate will be required to have the following skills:
- Expertise in the erection of structural steelwork, onsite welding/ fabrication, coldrolled erection.
- Assemble and erect structural steelwork members in accordance with GA's mark plans and site work drawings.
- Perform welding tasks using stick welding techniques.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and welding.
- Conduct basic mathematical calculations for measurements and layouts
*Requirements*
- Slinger signaller certs for crane lifting operations
- Telescopic forklift certs
- Mobile elevating work platform certs (MEWP)
- Full UK Driving licence ( optional )
In return we offer good rates of pay, uplift on rate for overtime, company bonus scheme, after qualifying period, company pension scheme, onsite parking.
