As a Kitchen Designer, your roles and responsibilities will include…
• Greeting customers in showroom, discussing wish list, timeline, budgets etc
• Booking surveys and consultations, and advising clients on design options
• Complete site surveys and produce scale drawn plans
• Create designs with ergonomics, aesthetics, ambience, lighting etc & costing these
• Selling kitchens consultatively, educating clients to ensure best outcomes
• Processing contracts and involvement post installation
We’re looking for a Kitchen Designer with the following skills and experience…
• Experience in kitchen or interior design
• Skilled in closing sales and bringing visions to life
• Understanding the complexities of designing, selling and progressing orders to delivery
• Be able to read a client and building rapport up is key
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A pro-active, can-do personality and someone who is prepared to get stuck in
In return, the successful Kitchen Designer will earn a basic salary of up to £28,000 and an OTE of up to £45,000, as well as the following benefits…
• Generous commission structure
• Profit share scheme after one year of employment
• Flexible working with every other Saturday off
