In our Customer Service Advisor role, you’ll be to deliver a first-class customer experience across all methods of customer contact (including call handling, on-line services and in person); with a strong focus on providing an early resolution.



Location: Rushden Office
Salary: Up to £29,354.08 per year

Contract: Permanent

⏰Your week: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm, 45-minute break





✨Snapshot of your role

This is what your day will look like as our Customer Service Advisor:



Ensure the highest level of customer service is always maintained (including call handling, in person/reception etc.) and act as a role model for excellent service delivery across Amplius.
Proactively deal with customer enquiries at the first point of contact; with a strong focus on early resolution across all key business areas within Amplius.
Support the daily running of the Contact Centre by effectively responding to service enquiries, the reporting of repair-related queries, including reporting and appointing repairs within our customers’ homes and communal areas.


Your toolkit for success

To thrive in our Customer Service Advisor role, you’ll need:



Experience of delivering a multi-channel customer service (i.e., by phone, face-to-face, on-line etc).
Experience of dealing with complaints and customer dissatisfaction and resolving the issue.
The ability to demonstrate self-reliance and a flexible approach to working with effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
Be able to demonstrate the organisations values throughout your day-to-day work.
