Summary

Adferiad Recovery delivers a flexible and coordinated response to the exceptional circumstances faced by people with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions and related issues. Vulnerable people facing complex life challenges need consistent and seamless support to ensure they remain engaged with vital health and wellbeing services – and to prevent them becoming disenfranchised and isolated.

Based at: Llanelli and Carmarthenshire area

Role Purpose:

Adferiad in Carmarthenshire provides a Supported Accommodation Project in Llanelli and will be developing other Supported Living Services in other areas of Carmarthenshire. The Supported Accommodation, and Supported Living Services supports individuals serious mental illness and complex needs. The Bank Staff member will have the opportunity to work in Llanelli and across other services as they are developed.
The support in Adferiad projects will focus on an individuals strengths enabling them to feel safe and secure with the long-term aim of them living independently in their own homes.
Staff are to work with service users in areas such as employment, training and education, debt management and daily living skills to promote wellbeing, a healthy lifestyle and independence to live in their community.
The Llanelli Supported Accommodation Project is staffed 7 days a week and staff work to a shift pattern which includes unsocial hours and sleep-ins.

Mae'r Llety â Chymorth a'r Gwasanaethau Byw â Chymorth yn cefnogi unigolion â salwch meddwl difrifol ac anghenion cymhleth. Bydd aelod o Staff y Banc yn cael y cyfle i weithio yn Llanelli ac ar draws gwasanaethau eraill wrth iddynt gael eu datblygu.
Bydd y cymorth ym mhrosiectau Adferiad yn canolbwyntio ar gryfderau unigolion gan eu galluogi i deimlo’n ddiogel gyda’r nod hirdymor o fyw’n annibynnol yn eu cartrefi eu hunain.
