Integrated Care Service 24 (IC24) were founded in the early 1990s and are a not for profit organisation (which means any profit made by the company is put back into the people and service provided). We provide urgent care to over 6 million people and we make a real difference to the community!.
We are recruiting for Driver/Receptionists in and around Basildon.
This role includes the following duties:
* Driving IC24 vehicles- transporting on duty Clinicians to visit our patients in their own homes.
* Recording all essential information in an efficient and effective manner on the patient management system.
* Working with the Clinician to manage workload between home visits, PCC appointments and telephone advice within clinical priority.
* Maintaining compliance at all times and adhering to GDPR and company policy.
* Working with and ensuring two-way communication with the Call Centres to ensure efficient operation.
* Operating all in car communications and the PMS equipment to support accurate record keeping.
* Supporting the provision of individualised patient care, respecting the individual patent and their environment, maintaining the patient's self-esteem and confidentiality at all times.
*Managing general reception duties on site, emails, phone calls and booking appointments!.
About you:
* To apply for this role, you must be over 21 years old (for Car Insurance purposes).
* You must be very organised and able to build up relationships quickly.
* We need someone who is very reliable and can manage their time effectively.
