We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Support Manager to oversee multiple early years settings. This role requires a Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years and a strong ability to provide professional leadership, ensuring the smooth daily operation of nurseries while supporting the Regional Manager with key regional responsibilities. In their absence, the Regional Support Manager will take on leadership accountability for the region.

Requirements:
- Minimum of three years’ experience leading an Early Years setting
- Experience handling regulatory inspections
- Expertise in safeguarding and health and safety matters
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI targets
- Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels
- Highly motivated team player with a flexible and proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Step in as a Regional Manager when required, taking full leadership accountability
- Notify senior management of any significant incidents in the absence of the Regional Manager
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Nursery Managers within the region
- Support performance outcomes by agreeing and executing key tasks with the Regional Manager
- Oversee and manage other nursery settings within the region when required
