Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for supporting clients with their security needs and owning the relationship with security vendors. This role
involves developing and implementing security sales strategies, conducting client consultations, and managing vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain security sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
* Conduct regular consultations with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Own and manage relationships with security vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
* Monitor and analyse security market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and deliver compelling security solutions and presentations.
* Provide security training and awareness programs for clients and internal teams.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
* Prepare and present security sales reports to management.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a security sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
* Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, SIEM).
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant certifications
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with cloud security (e.g., AWS, Azure).
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in managing vendor relationships
* Knowledge of leading security vendors (Cisco, ESET, Arctic Wolf
