Job Description
Glasgow City Council are currently looking for a Project Officer Graduate to join the Chief Executive’s Department within our Economic Development team. The graduate will be involved in designing, implementing and reviewing a Partnership Networking Strategy using the Scottish Approach to Service Design (SAtSD) for Glasgow Futures participants, service providers and employers. The work will involve engaging with employability stakeholders to identify current networking activity, themes and gaps and the communication methods that can be utilised to enable ongoing partnership working. Please note to be eligible to apply you must: • Have a degree qualification which has been awarded, not pending. • Live in the Glasgow City Council Boundary, this means that the Council Tax for your home address would be paid to Glasgow City Council. • Be unemployed, under-employed – meaning that you’re working in a role which isn’t at the level of your formal qualifications or facing a redundancy situation. During the recruitment process you’ll be asked to provide evidence that you meet the criteria above.This post is temporary for a period up to 24 months.
