We are looking for an enthusiastic Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join our Community Diabetes Specialist Team based in Wokingham working across Berkshire West.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Diabetes Specialist Nurse, you will provide expert care across various clinical areas, including:
• Managing complex caseload
• Emerging therapies
• Prescribing relevant therapy
• Flash Glucose Monitoring and Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems (CGMS)
• Line management and clinical supervision of Band 6 DSNs
• Upskilling primary care HCPs

• Experience in providing specialist-level diabetes care
• Passion and enthusiasm for delivering high-quality diabetes services
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to implement innovative approaches to patient care
• Ability to work under pressure and lead by example
