Full-time & part-time roles available in Boston, Grantham, and Lincoln

Salary (full-time): currently £23,962 - £24,648 (due to increase on 1 April 2025) plus unsocial hours payment of up to £1,300 per annum.

At Lincolnshire NEST, we provide safe and supportive accommodation for 16-21-year-olds, helping them build independence and transition into adulthood. We are looking for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our team in Boston, Grantham, and Lincoln and Intensive Needs Support Workers to join our team in Lincoln .

About the Role

Many of the young people we support have experienced childhood trauma and have diverse support needs. Your role will be to coordinate and deliver that support, helping them gain confidence, life skills, and independence. You’ll be a guide, mentor, and advocate—empowering them to shape their future.

We offer a variety of full-time and part-time positions, with flexible shift patterns, including weekends, to ensure 24/7 support for our young people.
