  • Small Class Sizes: Our classrooms are small, with an average of 6 students, allowing for personalized attention and individualised learning plans.
  • Dedicated 1:1 Support: Every student receives 1:1 support, with dedicated assistants who work closely with the class teacher and provide personalized tutoring based on individual needs.
  • A Safe and Structured Environment: We use a traffic light system to ensure everyone is aware of the situation in each corridor, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere.
  • Amazing Facilities: We provide a rich and engaging learning environment, featuring trampolines, yoga rooms, sensory rooms attached to each classroom, and excellent resources, including a kitchen, IT suite, gym, and DT suite.

About the Role:

  • Lead a Small Class: You will work with classroom sizes of 6-8 students, with dedicated tutors within the class to support individual learning plans.
  • Develop Individualized Learning Plans: You'll be responsible for creating and implementing personalized learning plans for each student.
  • Collaborative Teaching: You'll work closely with the 1:1 support staff to ensure the effective delivery of each student's learning plan.

  • Possess a strong understanding of individualized learning plans and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
