KITCHEN PLANNER MANAGER
£30,000 plus commission
36.5 hour week (weekdays 09.30am - 5.00pm & Sat 10am -2.00pm)
Are you passionate about giving an excellent customer service and kitchens, interiors? Do you have management experience in kitchen planning, technical designs and sales? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to combine your expertise with a customer-focused sales role for a local company in Sawbridgeworth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing quotes
* Follow up customer enquires
* Following up on leads, sending samples, and building strong client relationships.
* Processing orders from start to delivery
* Creating and presenting kitchen designs, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and budget alignment
* Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing expert guidance on kitchen layouts, styles, and finishes.
* Assisting with showroom-related deliveries using the company van (which can also be used for personal use when available).
* Experience managing a team and providing effective oversight.
Required Skills:
* Experience in kitchen sales, design, or showroom environments.
* A keen eye for detail and an understanding of kitchen layouts and trends.
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer care.
* A sales-driven mindset, with the ability to up sell and maximise customer experience.
* Strong organisation and administration skills to manage orders and client details.
* A full UK driving licence (for company van use).
