Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to manage the Energy and HV operate and maintain (O&M) contracts, build and maintain client relationships, and identify market opportunities to promote our O&M services. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and managing Energy and HV O&M contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all tasks.
• Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met with exceptional service.
• Identify and pursue market opportunities to promote and expand our O&M offerings.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
• Monitor and analyse operational performance, preparing reports and making recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring all scopes of work are clearly defined and executed to the highest standards.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or client concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, specifically within facilities management and handling associated contracts/scopes of work.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic approach to operational challenges.
• Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
