Summary
The Community Accommodation Service- Tier 3 (CAS3) team is a small team within the Rehabilitation directorates Accommodation and Priority Projects team.
The CAS3 team works with programme and other partners across HM Prison and Probation HQ to design and commission the service and also works closely with the 12 probation regions across England and Wales to oversee the delivery, monitor outcomes and benefits and ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
CAS3 is a complex, high-profile and fast paced programme, and the Business Support roles are critical in supporting the wider team to develop and deliver the service.
The programme is now entering the business-as-usual phase and work is underway on Future Generation of the service. The Business Support postholders are required to support the central business as usual delivery and future development of CAS3, working with the teams Business Change and Stakeholder Engagement Managers and Business Change Leads, policy, commercial, programme and finance leads in HQ and regional probation Homelessness Prevention Teams in the regions. The roles enable the team to support frontline delivery.
