Where will you be working?
At Morrison Energy Services, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives.
We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.

As one of the largest Independent Connection Providers (ICP’s) in the UK, we support distribution network operations across infrastructure.
Our team installs and maintains distribution networks and ensures reliable connections for customers. carrying out electrical planned work, customer connections and network reinforcement.
We're excited to welcome a new team member to assist the UKPN ED1SON Alliance & SSEN Framework Contract.
Based in our Stevenage office, you'll play an important part in helping our site teams who work on substation build and refurbishment projects.
What will you be doing?
Creating templates for agendas and minutes, and make scheduling easy by using Outlook or Google Calendar
Keep documents organised with SharePoint or Google Drive
Help our projects run smoothly with checklists for site setups and vehicle collections
Stay on top of PPE stock
Build great connections with stakeholders using a CRM system
Ensure new employees feel welcome with a consistent onboarding process
Keep a track of the allocation and delivery of vehicles used on the contract
Help with the operational setup activities at new sites, ensuring that all admin needs are met for a smooth launch
Manage timesheets
Keep Health and Safety files up-to-date
Check and replenish stationery supplies with inventory tools
What you’ll bring

- Skilled in managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for creating and managing documents and reports
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and effective task prioritisation
- Experience in administrative roles with a solid awareness of office procedures and document management
- A team player who addresses stakeholder needs promptly and professionally
