Customer Services Assistant
EVH Grade 3 (£24,675.00 pro rata)
Duration: Part-time 3 days a week
Cathcart and District Housing Association is a community-controlled landlord based in the Southside of Glasgow. We have a stock base of approximately 600 properties and provide a factoring service to 441 owners within our community. We are currently recruiting for a part-time Customer Services Assistant to join our staff team.
The role of the Customer Service Assistant is a front-of-house role. You should have a pleasant telephone manner, enjoy helping people and be a great communicator. You will undertake a range of admin and secretarial duties.
