Summary
Join us as an Inside Sales Manager
- We're looking for someone to be an integral team member alongside our commercial teams and marketing management to plan, execute outbound demand generation activity and support our potential future clients
- You'll be commercially aware and responsible for identifying all potential targets in each territory or industry segment and have a critical view on how to manage and approach different markets

What you'll do
As our Inside Sales Manager, you’ll be identifying specific prospects/partners to approach and effectively communicate the specific value proposition of our products. You'll use telephone, LinkedIn and other tools to remotely influence customers at senior level in target organisations across the retail and fintech industry and work with our sales teams to support initial presentations and bids.
You’ll also be:
- Recording all relevant prospecting activities to build our client database so we have excellent data
- Building and develop relevant industry knowledge depending on campaign where no one day is the same
- Achieving targets maximising returns communications and social media leverage by amplifying our brand advantage
- Tracking all client communications, coordinate meetings with sales executives and ensure our qualification processes are followed appropriately
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with good knowledge and experience in the fintech or retail sales space in a winning business.
You’ll also ideally have:
- A University degree or equivalent
- Experience in Marketing or Sales with Fintech or Retail Lending experience an advantage
- High energy and determination to achieve/exceed monthly targets
- Passionate about embedded finance and the ability to learn more about this emerging space
