Crynodeb
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and trustworthy Personal Care Assistant to join a team responsible for safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of an adult living with complex care needs at home. Previous health or social care experience is desirable but not essential as training is provided.
The successful candidate will work unsupervised in private residential accommodation in accordance with the Personal Care Plan, administer routine medication via enteral feeding tube, perform personal care and domestic duties in a timely, respectful and professional manner. Use excellent written and oral communication skills to liaise with the family, medical professionals and wider team, and complete daily care records, order supplies and equipment using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, OneDrive and Excel).
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, provide references and be flexible to cover additional shifts and work public holidays if required.
Pay rate: £15.00 per hour
Benefits: Pension, Annual Leave, Overtime and double rate for worked Public Holidays
Hours: Saturday and Sunday: 3 pm to 12 am (midnight)
