Summary
Experience in a person-centred role (including voluntary work). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with patients and professionals. Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including those experiencing loneliness, unemployment, or poor mental health. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively. IT literacy, including experience using Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management.
