Key Result Areas & Performance: Work with the Principal Population Health and Care Analyst and Programme Manager to develop and implement the Population Health Analytics plan that will support clinical and commissioning workstreams Liaise with analytical teams in partner organisations to ensure local analytics staff are supported in their use of the PHM tools. Ensure that local and national policies and procedures relating to data security, data sharing, analysis, and modelling are implemented and maintained in line with national doctrine. Become a Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) in Population Health Analytics in Lewisham and Greenwich and support the rollout of analytical functionality across all partner organisations. Working with the members of the Population Health Analytics Steering Group, develop and implement standards around data visualisation and data delivery. Work with our third-party partners and the Analytics Steering Group to agree and deliver analytical tools that are efficient to create and effective in supporting end users Population Health goals. To perform any other duties deemed appropriate by the Analytics Workstream or Strategic Lead for Population Health Analytics Workforce: Work closely with, and provide peer-guidance to, analysts employed by partner organisations to ensure that workloads are manageable, deadlines are achieved to an appropriate quality standard, and that training plans are agreed where appropriate etc.. Communications and Relationships: Engage with the analytics teams in other Population Health networks to share reporting tools and products and support national developments. Develop a communication plan to ensure that clinical and care teams across partner organisations can access population health analytical support and understand the products of that analysis
