Summary
Composite Engineer required to join a leading company known for delivering high quality, cutting edge composite solutions to a wide range of industries. You will play a critical role in designing and machining tooling, working through to composite laminating and surface finishing applying your expertise to ensure the highest standards of production are met while developing and refining our processes.

You will also have the chance to work on continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing manufacturing processes, and implementing innovative solutions.
Requirements
Experience in composite engineering, tooling design, and machining.
Background in robotics, automation, and algorithm development.
Strong knowledge of composite laminating and surface finishing techniques.
A track record of driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
Experience with cutting edge technologies in the engineering and manufacturing fields.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex engineering challenges.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
Design and develop tooling and machining solutions for composite materials.
Execute composite laminating and surface finishing tasks to meet industry standards.
Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and production.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency and quality.
Apply your knowledge in machining, robotics, and automation to optimize production processes.
