What will I be doing?

Your role will be to provide an outstanding administration support service to the Balfour Beatty Vinci HS2 Induction Project, the
Area North Delivery Manager.

* You will provide a professional and efficient service of carrying out and appropriately recording all BBV prerequisite
induction checks, along with
* D&A tests and coordination of pre-employment and refresher medicals by trained occupational health care staff



The process needs to be carried out in line with strict chain of custody rules and processes and all documentation needs to be
completed and stored securely. Testing may take place at any of the group locations across the country and on client sites when
requested.

Hours of work

This role currently offers a 40-hour contract working between the hours of 0700 – 1530 Monday to Friday.

What experience would we like you to have?

No specific qualifications are required for this role as training will be provided. The successful candidate should be computer
literate and demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of the role through previous experience.
