Summary
Ward M1 in Clatterbridge Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Health Care assistant to join our dynamic Nursing team.
Ward M1 is a 30 Bedded DME ward that cares for elderly patients who are medically optimised for discharge awaiting care serves at home or in the community.
The successful candidate will work closely with all members of the multi disciplinary team to ensure the best standard of care is delivered to our patients.
You will work closely with the Nursing staff to ensure high Departmental Standards are maintained.
You will assist with the direct care of patients in clinic as delegated under supervision from a registered nurse.
The successful candidate will uphold the fundamental standards of safety and quality always putting the patients first and protecting them from harm.
