POLYFRAME has provided fenestration solutions to the construction industry for over 25 years. Manufacturing PVCu windows and doors
from our factory in Lenwade using two of the most trusted PVCu profiles, REHAU and Eurocell, we combine the highest quality
materials with our fenestration expertise to ensure our customers receive market leading service and quality.
We now have an exciting opportunity to bring on board a Transport Fleet Administrator to our team.
In this role you will be overseeing the management of vehicles and drivers to ensure everything complies with company policies and
regulations. To fully debrief drivers regarding any problems and tachograph infringements, reporting and analysing all relevant
data regarding deliveries, driver hours, mileage, fuel, vehicle and driver downloads. You will also be responsible for monitoring
driver and vehicle performance using vehicle tracking systems, ensuring maintenance of the fleet in line with the requirements of
our operator licence and carry out any minor repairs to vehicles by liaising with engineers as necessary.
Essential Experience
* Experience working in a transport environment (e.g. CPC Qualified, or experience administrating HGV drivers)
* Computer Literate
* Strong attention to detail and accurate reporting
* Good communication skills
* Comfortable using computer systems
* Ability to work under pressure
Desirable Experience
* CPC Qualified
* A good knowledge of transport rules and regulations
* Experience working in a transport office/experience with fleet maintenance
* Experience using and fleet management software
* Up to date knowledge of tachograph rules and regulations

Salary: £27,000-£30,000pa
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm
