Job Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing Java Code
- Expertise in Java with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate. Proficiency in building REST APIs and managing Microservices architectures.
Database Management:
Strong experience with relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL,
and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
Development Tools:
Proficiency in using Git, Postman, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Cloud & DevOps:
Practical knowledge of AWS services and basic DevOps practices.
Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with a proactive
and collaborative approach to projects.
- Creating and maintaining Java components
- Experience in creating and maintaining Json files
- Querying the database using SQL
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA tools
- Working with Spring framework
- FTPing the files on Unix - server to server
- Exposure of Scala functional programming patterns
- Knowledge of Scala is beneficial
Required Skills:
- Java
- Spark SQL
- Scala
- Cucumber
- Should be competent enough to write Scala algorithms and JUnit test cases
- Hands On experience in creating HTTPS/Restful Web Services / JSON files
- Relevant years experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) from inception through implementation
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements documentation
