Proven experience in a helpdesk, coordination, or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure. A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering excellent service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
