11. Advising on triaging, care pathways and signposting 22. Linking with local, regional and national teams to ensure comprehensive clinical information is available 33. Requesting, reviewing and sharing imaging (CT and MRI) to inform MDT formulation 4 Advising on medication 55. Linking with the CUH inpatient pathway via Major Trauma and medical ABI services 66 Linking with CUH outpatient pathway ABI clinic, neurosurgery and ENT 77. Contributing to complex formulation, including providing background context from the inpatient stay (where applicable) 88. Driving service innovation and development in conjunction with CPFT and CUH leadership and operational teams 99. Providing senior clinical advice across the network and supporting decision making 110.Advising on wider medical issues raised to CCPNR team eg possible seizures, headaches and making referrals where necessary 111. Facilitating active in-reach while the child is still in hospital The work will take the form of: 1. Attendance at team clinical meetings (alternate weeks Wednesday AM for 1.5 hours) 2. Attendance at weekly consultation session (alternate weeks Wednesday AM for 1 hour) 3. Phone advice to CCPNR and partners in other centres, radiology review, gathering of clinical information, liaison with other services, triage, medication advice, report writing, business development, CPD. ( 0.5 - 1 hours per week)
