IWS Water Hygiene is seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Account Manager to join our successful team based in Coatbridge,

IWS Water Hygiene (WH) a division of South Staffordshire Plc. IWS (WH) provides services in all aspects of water hygiene and
legionella control including legionella risk assessments into the public sector, utility companies, industrial, commercial and
retail customers. IWS Water Hygiene, is one of the most successful businesses in the Water Treatment market and you could be

The role:

Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the role is responsible for driving a team of Account Managers and Business
Development Managers to identify and realise new contract opportunities with clients.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Overall responsibility for all clients within the region, including profitability, delivery, compliance and retention
* Carrying out internal audits to ensure contracts are being operated in accordance with client requirements
* Management of the key account within the region
* Development of regional sales strategy, inclusive of target lists and sales targets
* Attending contract review meetings, inclusive of attending to support Account Managers
* Building effective working relationships with clients generating additional workloads wherever possible
* Carrying out performance and development reviews, identifying training needs, organising training of employees as required
* Allocation of contracts to account managers
* Day to day support for account managers, inclusive of supporting Account Managers on contract review meetings with larger
clients



What you’ll need:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be professional, motivated, customer focussed and have an untiring desire to meet targets.
You will operate from our Coatbridge office and be expected to visit customers’ premises on a regular basis. You will be
overseeing a team of Account Managers so will be experienced in managing a team and be passionate about seeing them succeed.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will have:

* In depth knowledge and experience of working in the Water Hygiene and or Water Treatment industry
* Experience of managing / supervising a team
* Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
* The ability to use MS Office applications to a high standard, specifically Excel
* The ability to travel anywhere in the UK, including overnight stays if necessary
* Have a full driving licence



As a Senior Account Manager, it would be advantageous if you had:

* Experience of strategic selling techniques or key account management
* A demonstratable background in developing new business
