Key Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be a key player in the restaurant's success, leading by example to create an outstanding experience for both guests and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
Staff Management – Hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling shifts to build a strong, motivated team.
Customer Service – Engaging with guests, managing orders, and overseeing promotions and marketing initiatives.
Stock Management – Ensuring accurate inventory levels and placing timely orders.
Financial Oversight – Budgeting, sales tracking, cash handling, and preparing daily reports.
Health & Safety Compliance – Ensuring the restaurant meets all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Menu Management – Updating menus and pricing in coordination with management.
Point of Sale (PoS) System Management – Efficiently handling transactions and sales tracking.
Sales Growth & Performance – Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving restaurant performance.
Store Operations – Overseeing opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Oversee stock and equipment management, order supplies, and maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness, security, and maintenance.
Work within budgets, maximize profits, and achieve sales targets set by management.
Monitor daily sales and administer payroll.
Create staff schedules, motivate the team, and encourage goal achievement, including sales performance.
Maintain high hygiene standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints with professionalism.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethics within the team.
Implement and oversee marketing initiatives, including branded promotional campaigns.
Prepare performance reports and participate in management meetings.
Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) essential to business success.
Skills & Experience:
Certified in Food Hygiene Level 2
Experience managing a restaurant
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Proficiency in food and beverage operations.
