Crynodeb
The ideal candidates will support adults with mental health conditions to access sports, health and fitness related activities in HackneyTo support the Occupational Therapy sports service in its provision of assessment and interventions of service users with mental health conditions and complex health care needs. To contribute to the planning, provision, development and evaluation of the service. To support the Lead Therapist with the development of specialist physical activity research, evidence-based practice and Clinical Governance projects that best support the development of the Service aims and objectives in the improvement of patient care and clinical practice. The ideal candidate must have relevant up to date fitness qualifications - certification must be provided at interview if shortlisted.
