We are looking for a Premises Lead to join our Trust, based at Brunts Academy!

About the role:

In this role you will assist the Operations Directorate in the development and implementation of Premises Strategies, across the Trust whilst maintaining the security and general appearance of buildings and surrounding areas in accordance with the Trust Premises Standards.

You will maintain full statutory compliance in specified academy/academies; line manage premises staff; ensure the management of contractors on site is completed safely, securely and in line with Trust procedures; and manage the delivery of capital projects on site, ensuring relevant statutory, environmental, professional and technical standards are identified and maintained in relation to the premises, land and property issues.

You will also ensure performance standards detailed in the PFI contract are monitored to guarantee value for money for each service requirement.
