Summary
Understand the available data resources from Moorfields clinical systems. Independently but also in collaboration with the AI/Data science team, develop ML tools that will allow extracting clinically relevant features from ophthalmic imaging/electrophysiology. Contribute to the development of webapps for deployment of clinical and imaging data analytics tools to support a learning healthcare system. Contribute to the development, validation, and implementation of AI algorithms for ERG analysis. Contribute to the development of a database management platform for the Electrophysiology Department. Contribute to the development of AI diagnostic and prognostic models for common and rare retino-choroidal disease Have working experience in coding, image processing and computer vision, machine learning, and web technologies (javascript). Have working experience of database management (eg with SQL)
