We're Hiring! IT Repair Technician (Full or Part-Time)
Are you passionate about technology and problem-solving? We're looking for an IT Repair Technician to join our growing team! Due to increased customer demand, we need someone to help with repairs on desktops, laptops, as well as building new and refurbished custom PCs.
About the Role:
As part of our Repairs Department, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and fixing a variety of devices while ensuring high-quality service for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair faulty Computers / Laptops etc
- Perform data wiping and system reinstalls, including Windows and driver updates.
- Build and refurbish custom PCs, ensuring proper cable management and configuring RGB lighting setups.
- Assemble, cable-manage, and test new desktop PC builds.
- Maintain accurate IT system records throughout the repair and build process.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized while following health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For:
-️ Previous repair experience would be an advantage
- Training will be provided.
-️ Ability to work independently and within a team to meet service targets.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
- A commitment to excellent customer service and maintaining high workplace standards.
Hours: Full-time or part-time options available.
