Your new role
- Manage and advise on a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and insolvency cases.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Represent clients in court and at arbitration hearings.
- Collaborate with senior associates and partners on case strategy and client management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales 2-4 PQE (guidelines only)
- Experience in commercial litigation at a well-renowned law firm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
